Two experiences, first…Called in with friends well before last food orders, two ordered the fish and chips….usually good to be fair but on this occasion we had frozen bought in fish, not good enough …just say it’s off the menu if you don’t have it.

2nd….we called in and had 2 Opengate IPA at a cost of €15.60 for 2 pints, when challenged on the price the manager said that pale ales just cost more, that’s untrue, I checked on Brew Crew and a 53 pint Keg of Opengate pale ale costs €30 less than Coors yet in this pub its waay overpriced, punters are not fools, Coors was €6.70, Opengate was €7.80…are we coming into this business to be suckers ?

Elsewhere in Naas two superior and drinkable Pale Ales cost so much less, €12.60 actually not €15.60 for an inferior product.

This is an ownership evidently interested in milking those that frequent their premises…avoid this place or stick with the drinkers staple …Guinness.
